No Guarantee of Results
UFN makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any loads, job postings, driver applications, or parts quotes accessible through the platform. Results including revenue, load availability, hiring outcomes, and parts pricing will vary based on market conditions, your qualifications, and third-party actions outside UFN's control.
Third-Party Relationships
UFN connects you with third-party brokers, carriers, drivers, and parts suppliers. UFN is not a party to any agreements between these parties and bears no responsibility for their representations, promises, or failures to perform. You agree to conduct your own due diligence before entering into agreements with any party discovered through the UFN platform.
Regulatory Compliance
Users of the UFN platform are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
- Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- Hours of Service (HOS) rules and ELD mandates
- State commercial vehicle licensing requirements
- Applicable employment, labor, and independent contractor laws
